Policies
- We provide a free 30-minute non-obligation consultation (in-person or virtual)
- During the meeting we will learn about your needs and how we can provide your services around your schedule
- Hourly rate begins at the time of departure and continues until the task or project is completed (non-membership only)
- There is a minimum two hours charge for all services
- Fees are then calculated by 15-minute increments ($16.25) after two hours
- Multiple tasks and projects may be combined
- Clients must sign a Service Agreement Form
- All services require 24-48 hour notice to guarantee time
- We pride ourselves on being efficient with your time
- Personal information regarding clients is held in confidence
- We only provide services that are moral, ethical, and legal
- We reserve the right to refuse any services
- We require 24-hour notice for cancellation
- The client must cover all cost associated with the service requested (purchases, parking fees, toll fees, or any miscellaneous charges)
- We will make purchases on your behalf in the amount of $250.00 or less (monthly memberships only)
- We charge a 5% convenience fee for purchase reimbursements
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards via PayPal only
- Special Offers: may not be combined with any other sale, promotions, discounts, coupons, and monthly membership, and/or offer
Scheduling Policies
- Weekly tasks and projects are scheduled every Sunday
- All requests for tasks and projects must be sent to us via phone call, email, or text message prior to Sunday
- If you don’t schedule your appointment on time, we may not be able to accommodate your needs
- Requests that are scheduled less then 24-hours will be charged $75.00 an hour (2-hour minimum)
Therefore, it is important that you schedule your appointment on time to avoid unavailability. We understand life happens and things come up, if you have an urgent request, please contact us, we will try our best to help.
Discounts
- We offer a 10% discount for Seniors (65+) and Military
- Please let us know at the time of purchase
- Discount is applied to non-membership only
Referral Rewards Program
- You can earn 2 free hours each time you refer a family, friend, neighbor, or colleague
- Your 2 free hours is gifted to you (1 hour) and your referral (1 hour)
- Your free hour will be credit to your account, once your referral books our services
- Email us your referral contact information (full name, email, phone number, and service request)
- We will personally contact your referral on your behalf
- A Referral is the highest honor we can receive from our clients
